Bourgogne Pinot Noir. Ruby colour with medium intensity; good nose of authentic Pinot noir from Côtes de Nuits area. Little taste of oak with good and soft tannin; complex, needs moderate time to open.
Food: Traditionally “Coq au Vin” yet goes equally well with roast chicken, or young game birds.
