Steely Chardonnay nose with overtones of dill and fennel. An elegant full-bodied dry wine with underlying fruit that lingers on the palate.
Food: Serve at 8 ° to 12° C as an aperitif or throughout the meal. It goes beautifully with white meat, chicken in cream sauce, fish and shellfish and even goats cheese.
Producer: Grapes are hand-picked then lightly pressed followed by static settling. After fermentation the wines are left on their lees for at least six months before undergoing light filtration to retain and enhance flavour and quality.
