Chablis Premier Cru Vaulignot is a well balanced wine, where ripe fruits aromas are harmoniously combined with a touch of minerality, typical of this Premier Cru. The mouth is longlasting and lively, leaving an delicate sunny note.

Food: Chablis Premier Cru Vaulignot 2006 will go perfectly with smoked salmon served with scrambled eggs, heavy cream and blinis.
To be served between 12° and 13°.

Producer: Domaine Louis Moreau applies the traditionnal vinification style that has been always used in Chablis. This method is composed by two fermentations.
