In this Chablis we first notice its freshness as well as a good acidity in the mouth. We remark the citrus notes, like lemon and grapefruit. Very good ending in the mouth. A true and typical Chablis.

Food: A true and typical Chablis. Serve chilled and enjoy as an aperitif with friends. Great with most seafood and fish dishes.

Producer: Domaine Louis Moreau applies the traditionnal vinification style that has been always used in Chablis. This method is composed by two fermentations. Then comes the period for clarifying, cold stabilisation and, finally takes place a light filtration. We do not use oak barrels for ageing the wine.
